Tunisian Jasmine

Jasmine is a unique fragrance and considered one of the most valued materials used in perfumery. A Tunisian legend tells of Saint Louis - coming from France to wage war he instead fell in love with a charming Berber princess. He changed his name and upon his death became the patron saint of the village Sidi Bou Said.
